Across the Blox merchant network, 1,400 orders were held or cancelled before fulfillment in September 2026. Those orders represented $170,000 in blocked order value.
To date, the network has blocked 7,700 orders from 2,000 customers on merchant blocklists. Those blocked customers have 1,100 chargebacks and disputes in their order history.
Blox helps Shopify merchants stop repeat fraud and abuse by preventing blocked customers from placing new orders.
