Blox vs Blockify: block customers or block visitors?
Blox and Blockify both block things on Shopify, but different things. Blox blocks customers: people you, or another store, have already decided not to ship to. The short version
Blox is a customer blocklist. Block fraudsters, chargeback abusers, serial returners, and refund abusers by email, phone, address, or payment method, and their next order is held or cancelled before fulfillment. Past chargebacks are imported when you install, and the community blocklist, included on every plan, flags customers blocked by other Blox stores.
Blockify blocks visitors by IP address, country, VPN, proxy, and bots. It works on traffic, not on a customer you have already decided not to ship to.
